To obtain the perfect well-done steak, use a torch. The heat produced by the torch is intense. Its intensity decreases with each square of distance between the flame's head and the steak. The heat of the grill is critical when grilling a steak. Before you add the steak, heat the grill for five mins. To finish cooking, move the steak to the lower temperature zone. How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mix eggs well together. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

The fun part begins - you need to pour the milk into your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Do not worry if you see streaks of egg; they will disappear when the omelet is flipped.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil begins to heat, add 1/4 cup butter and swirl the pan to coat it. Now carefully crack open the lid of the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet over using a spatula or flip the pan upside down. Cook the other half for another minute. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
